TECNOLOGÍAS FINTECH Y EFICIENCIA OPERATIVA EN MICROFINANZAS: UN ANÁLISIS BIBLIOMÉTRICO 2020 – 2024

Résumé

El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la producción científica sobre la aplicación de tecnologías Fintech en la optimización de procesos de microfinanzas durante el período 2020–2024. Se realizó un análisis bibliométrico de 500 artículos indexados en la base de datos Dimensions, utilizando el software R y el paquete Bibliometrix para identificar tendencias de publicación, autores, revistas, redes de colaboración y coocurrencia de palabras clave. Los resultados evidencian un crecimiento acelerado de la investigación, con predominio de Asia, América del Norte y Europa, y un enfoque creciente en eficiencia operativa, inclusión financiera y sostenibilidad mediante tecnologías emergentes como inteligencia artificial y blockchain. Se concluye que Fintech constituye un eje estratégico para fortalecer la inclusión financiera y plantea oportunidades relevantes para futuras investigaciones en contextos subrepresentados.
