Résumé

Cet article propose une approche visant à rendre visibles les dommages systémiques et les omissions de l’État qui affectent les groupes en situation de vulnérabilité, au moyen d’un dispositif assisté par intelligence artificielle (IA). L’objectif est de concevoir un modèle zémiologique prototypique permettant de quantifier les atteintes structurelles grâce au traitement automatique du langage naturel et aux graphes de connaissances. À partir de sources en libre accès, l’algorithme proposé fonctionne sous supervision humaine en tant qu’outil d’audit social orienté vers la justice restaurative. Les résultats de son application au cas des Hauts de Chiapas mettent en évidence des schémas de négligence étatique historique. L’étude conclut que ce modèle offre une voie préliminaire pour rendre visible la nocivité sociale, tout en reconnaissant les limites inhérentes à sa nature pilote, notamment en matière de reproductibilité et de biais potentiels.
