INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL EN EL TURISMO ¿HACIA DÓNDE SE DIRIGE LA INVESTIGACIÓN? UNA REVISIÓN DE LITERATURA

Résumé

Se analiza la tendencia temática de la literatura científica sobre inteligencia artificial en el turismo, con el fin de identificar futuras líneas de investigación. Para ello, se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática de la literatura. De 2,635 documentos identificados en Scopus, se incluyen 86 artículos publicados entre 2020 y 2024. Los resultados evidencian una tendencia hacia la adopción tecnológica, la personalización de los servicios, la sostenibilidad y la predicción del comportamiento turístico. Se concluye que la inteligencia artificial está redefiniendo el panorama del sector turístico al mejorar la gestión de los destinos y la experiencia de los turistas. No obstante, cada vez más se la concibe como una herramienta para hacer frente a los desafíos de la sostenibilidad.
