Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the levels of informational transparency on the official websites of the sports ministries of Ecuador, Peru, and Colombia. The methodology was quantitative, descriptive, comparative, and cross-sectional, based on an adaptation of Martín-Furnari’s (2024) taxonomy, comprising three dimensions: access to public information, accountability, and interaction channels; the data were processed using SPSS v.26. The results reveal substantial differences among countries, with Ecuador showing the lowest level of transparency (21.5/38), particularly in accountability and interaction. The study concludes that significant gaps persist in transparency and active citizen participation.
