Abstract

The objective is to establish the economic value based on the multi-criteria method of industrial manufacturing companies in Ecuador. The multi-criteria method is applicable to different types of organizations, where various economic or financial variables allow us to know the economic value of the company. It is concluded that the economic value is higher than the financial value in industrial manufacturing companies and the sectors with the highest economic value are the manufacturing of food products, the manufacturing of rubber and plastic products, the manufacturing of metal products, except machinery and equipment, the manufacturing of beverages, the manufacturing of paper and paper products and the manufacturing of common metals.
