The bioethical parameters developed after the Second World War and their influence on jurisprudence are presented, starting from the question of judicial recognition and its role in the juridification of bioethics. To reflect on this question, the concept of bioethics developed from the Nuremberg code is analyzed, reviewing the importance of this code, as well as other instruments such as the Belmont report and the Declaration of Helsinki. Cases where medical relationships were judicialized due to ethical issues are also identified
