Family businesses as an alternative for economic recovery

The family business is a new perspective of socio-economic development, based on new approaches to change, values, attitudes, and knowledge that contribute to social momentum. The objective of this research is to carry out a descriptive and predictive analysis of family businesses overtime in their sales and tax collection variables to understand the contribution that these companies have for economic recovery in the face of the health emergency that is being experienced actually. A study with a mixed approach and a review of documentary information is carried out. The results show a trend in the growth of family businesses showing strengths, which allow their persistence over time.
