The National Autonomous University of Mexico -UNAM- through the General Directorate of Libraries publishes, for 45 years, Class (bibliographic database of social sciences and humanities journals) in which more than 1500 titles of Latin American journals are analyzed and the Caribbean.

As stated on its website, Clase is a bibliographic database created in 1975. The database is updated daily and more than 10,000 records are added each year. It offers around 350 thousand bibliographic records of articles, essays, book reviews, bibliographic reviews, short notes, editorials, biographies, interviews, statistics and other documents published in about 1,500 journals in Latin America and the Caribbean, specialized in social sciences. and humanities.

The journals included in Class meet selection criteria and are analyzed by a multidisciplinary team.

In a communication dated April 21, 2021, the General Directorate of Libraries of UNAM, through its Department of Information and Documentary Services, Latin American Newspaper Library Section, notified the acceptance of KAIRÓS, journal of economic, law and administrative sciences, for be indexed in the Class database.
